Michelle Saniei Lally began her career in San Diego quickly achieving success and after closing 19 transactions in her first year was named rookie of the year at her first brokerage, a nationally recognized brokerage. After success in San Diego, Michelle moved to LA to be immersed in ultra-luxury real estate and has since made her mark in the market, helping a wide range of clients from celebrities to first-time buyers find their dream home. Michelle has established a tremendous client base and listed properties from 1 to 100 million throughout the years. She recently sold an estate in Beverly Hills for $40 million as well as in Bel Air for $20 million. As a mother, Michelle especially enjoys working with families to upgrade their lifestyles and continues those relationships as the family grows.
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree at California State University, San Marcos, in marketing and finance. Her academic background in business and marketing gives her a firm grasp of getting the top-dollar of the properties by marketing them correctly (or maximizing property value with the best marketing strategies). Michelle comes from a family of real estate entrepreneurs. While in college, she worked as an assistant for a successful mortgage lender, which deepened her understanding of real estate transactions’ financial aspects and after joined a family members team to start her career.
Michelle is known to have a high level of patience and a great sense of style. She likes to work with interior designers to aid the process of remodeling houses to clients’ tastes. Her clients also entrust her to help them select art pieces to add to their collections for her knowledge and passion for art. Michelle Lally joined The Beverly Hills Estates to drive an already successful real estate brand to the next level of luxury sales with her husband Jesse and their team, LallySaniei.
